Jupiter conjunct Venus 22nd January

Hi everyone and thank you for joining me for another astrology update. In this article we're going to talk about all the major aspects which are going to be taking place next week. I don't usually do weekly updates, but next week such important conversations are taking place in the sky, that they will have a powerful influence on our lives. One of the first aspects that we have to talk about is the Lunar eclipse in the sign of Leo. This eclipse is incredibly important because it's happening at exactly zero degrees and 52 minutes, which makes it incredibly powerful, zero in numerology representing birth, creation, new journey, new beginning. This eclipse is also very significant, because no other major player is going to be part of it, situation which allows the Sun and the Moon to unleash their most pure form of energy. The eclipse in it's self if going to illuminate and shed light on at least one area of our lives, and additionally by doing so, it's going to help us shape and restrict our egos, in a way in which it's unhealthy expressions will not be able to bother us anymore. A strong but healthy ego means a balanced emotional state, where compassion and self sacrifice is perfectly balanced out with severity and self-righteousness. Another major aspect that is going to influence us greatly is Mars forming a square with Saturn. While, this conversation in it's self isn't that unusual, the fact that both Mars (Aries) and Saturn (Capricorn) are in their home signs, is making this conversation extremely potent. Mars in Aries has to do with the self, the individual power that a person possesses, the strength of will needed to create and draw in everything that one might need in life. Aries is also a very compassionate sign, in the sense that one's power is insignificant, if they can't use it for the greater good, to share the benefits with other people. And it is exactly this side of Mars in Aries that is going to create the tension, because Saturn, the great constrictor is going to add a touch of fairness unto this, so there are 2 possible outcomes: it can be that you realize that you are sacrificing too much for other people, and to continue a life of self sacrifice is not going to take you anywhere, because the people who you are supporting are not really grateful for all your efforts, but they rather choose to stay “lazy” because they know they can use you; or it could be that you will see that sharing your strength with other and helping them, has certain rewards which greatly exceed anything that you could accomplish alone. Regardless of which of these 2 situations you are dealing with, this conversation of tension is going to balance out the situation, and lead you towards greater fairness. For some lucky people out there, Saturn may finally allow you to harvest your rewards for work and good karma that you have been doing in the past, but were never properly rewarded for all your good actions, or it could be that such a moment or opportunity comes into your life where you have the chance to help someone out, and if you do this unconditionally there might be some surprise rewards waiting for you, likes of which are beyond your wildest dreams. If we add the eclipse energy to this aspect, we know for sure that a big inner change is knocking at the door. I left the most beautiful aspect to be analyzed last. While it's not unusual for Venus to meet Jupiter in the sky, and this can happen every year, it is extremely rare for Jupiter to be in his home sign of Sagittarius. This aspect is truly beautiful and special because Jupiter and Venus are considered to be planets of great blessings. Jupiter doesn't only provide good fortune, but also expands all the energies of Venus, which have to do with beauty, love, expression of love, strength of the soul, fertility, and of course material well being. Since Sagittarius also represents spirituality, and the connection with the divine, this conversation of harmony between the 2 great benefactors is going to feel magical, surreal, too good to be true. While it is certain that love, romance, everything that has to do with expression of positive feelings, the joy of being alive, are going to be feelings that will surface the most, this also has a very negative and dangerous aspect. The conjunction between Jupiter and Venus is forming a square with Neptune in Pisces. This takes a very dangerous turn for certain type of people. While most people who are grounded and rooted in life are simply going to have a wonderful couple of days, where love and happiness is going to surge into their lives in one form or another, for people who have escapist tendencies, love the use of drugs, alcohol this is an incredibly dangerous aspect because they can be driven to an overdose, Neptune will amplify all the psychological processes, all the pleasure and high they can get out of the use of those substances, and Jupiter both Jupiter and Venus love excesses, but unfortunately there is only so much the human body can take. Those who suffer from psychological dysfunctions, depression, anxiety, or are just generally unstable mentally are going to be greatly tortured by this aspect. During this conversation of tension, they might feel the supreme expression of bliss in one moment and ultimate agony in the next, everything that is irrational, illusionary in nature is almost going to come to life, so this could result in suicide attempts.
